TSOURCE WEBAPP — TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
By accessing, purchasing, or using any services provided by TSOURCE (“Company”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Final Sale Policy
All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise within specific service categories below.
1.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes
TSOURCE provides tools, services, and digital assets. We do not guarantee performance outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Ticket acquisition success
- Account performance (“juice”) (beyond tested accounts)
- Conversion rates
- Profitability
1.3 Limitation of Liability (CRITICAL)
TSOURCE shall NOT be held liable under any circumstances for any form of virtual property damage, including but not limited to:
- Account suspensions, locks, or bans
- Ticket cancellations or voided inventory
- Platform restrictions (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, etc.)
- Security breaches, unauthorized access, or hacks
- Loss of funds, revenue, or business opportunities
- Legal issues, disputes, or regulatory consequences
Use of all services is at the User's sole risk.
1.4 User Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for:
- How accounts, tools, or services are used
- Compliance with platform rules (Ticketmaster, AXS, etc.)
- Proper operational practices (IPs, proxies, device management, etc.)
Improper usage voids any eligibility for compensation.
2. ACCOUNTS
2.1 Sales
All account sales are final.
2.2 Performance & First Use
- Accounts must perform as reasonably expected on first use
- First use must occur within 3 business days of purchase
- Failure to use within this timeframe voids compensation eligibility
2.3 Compensation Eligibility
Users may be entitled to reasonable compensation if:
- The account fails to function due to reasons not related to user behavior
- The issue occurs within 1 week of purchase
It is up to the buyer to notify the TSOURCE team within the 7 day mark of any and all failures to be eligible for compensation.
2.4 Improper Usage (Voids Compensation)
Includes but is not limited to:
- Multi-IP usage (especially simultaneous use)
- Poor proxy/IP hygiene
- Mismanagement of cards, addresses, phone numbers
- Unnecessary or excessive profile changes
- Multi-queuing misuse
2.5 Performance Variability
- Account performance (“juice”) is not guaranteed (unless purchasing tested accounts)
- Results vary by batch and external conditions
- Lack of performance alone is not grounds for compensation
2.6 Long-Term Risk
Accounts may degrade or lose effectiveness over time. TSOURCE is not responsible for performance after initial use.
Email Liability
TSOURCE is not responsible for any issues that occur with the source email associated with the account.
3. SIGNUPS
3.1 Fulfillment Variance
Due to unavoidable technical factors, the number of completed signups may be slightly less than ordered.
3.2 Refund Policy
- Users will receive a refund for any incomplete signups
- No additional compensation will be provided
3.3 Limitation of Liability
TSOURCE is not responsible for any virtual property damage resulting from signup usage, including:
- Account bans or locks
- Ticket cancellations
- Platform enforcement actions
- Security issues or breaches
- Legal consequences
4. CODES
4.1 Scope of Responsibility
TSOURCE is responsible only for delivering the code itself.
4.2 No Guarantee of Usability
We are not responsible if a code fails due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Platform restrictions
- Usage limits or redemption conditions
- Region/account eligibility
- Timing or expiration issues
4.3 Compensation Policy
- If the code itself is invalid - eligible for replacement or compensation
- If the issue is external - no compensation will be provided
5. VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE (VA SERVICES)
5.1 Scope of Work
Virtual assistants perform tasks as requested; however, results depend on external systems and conditions.
5.2 Fulfillment Variance
Due to technical limitations or external factors:
- Completed tasks may be slightly less than ordered
5.3 Refund Policy
- Users will receive a refund for any incomplete tasks only
- No additional compensation will be provided
5.4 Limitation of Liability
TSOURCE is not responsible for any virtual property damage resulting from VA activity, including:
- Account bans or locks
- Ticket cancellations
- Platform enforcement actions
- Security breaches
- Financial or legal consequences
6. MODIFICATIONS
TSOURCE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
7. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing or using any TSOURCE service, you acknowledge that you have:
- Read these Terms
- Understood these Terms
- Agreed to be bound by these Terms
